Refund Policy

Halal Voyage sells digital products only:

• The Halal London Guide (PDF) — £19
• The Halal London Guide + AI Telegram Assistant bundle — £49

These products are delivered instantly upon successful payment via download link and/or Telegram bot access.

Because digital content is delivered immediately and can be copied or saved, we offer refunds under the following conditions only:

• Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not downloaded the PDF guide and have not used the AI Telegram Assistant (no messages sent to the bot).
• Technical failure: if you did not receive access to your purchase due to a technical error on our end, and the issue could not be resolved within 48 hours of contacting support.
• Duplicate purchase: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The PDF guide has already been downloaded, or
• The AI Telegram Assistant has been used (at least one message exchanged), or
• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.

Email hello@halal-voyage.com with your order confirmation and the email/payment method used at checkout. Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (Whop) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
