• Purchase data: email address, payment confirmation, and country/currency, collected via our payment processor, Whop.
• Telegram data: your Telegram username and messages you send to our AI Assistant, in order to provide recommendations.
• Website analytics: standard browsing data (device type, approximate location, pages visited) via advertising pixels (Snapchat, Meta) to measure ad performance.

• To deliver your purchased guide and activate AI Assistant access.
• To respond to support requests.
• To measure and improve our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following processors to operate our business:

• Whop — payment processing
• Supabase — secure data storage
• Telegram — AI Assistant delivery
• Anthropic (Claude) — powers AI Assistant responses (message content may be processed to generate replies)
• Snapchat / Meta — advertising and conversion tracking

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

We retain purchase and support data for as long as necessary to comply with legal and accounting obligations, typically up to 6 years. Telegram conversation data is retained only as needed to provide the Assistant service.

As our customers are primarily located in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, and our service providers operate internationally, your data may be processed outside your home country. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely wherever it is processed.
